One of the few restaurants with a view of the Gulf, it is also one of the few really gourmet restaurants on the islands. Foodies will enjoy the unique menu and the quaint atmosphere and of course, the views, as long as you get there before sunset. The Madhatter takes reservations and we recommend that you make them as soon as possible, maybe even at the same time you book your plane and hotel reservations! While located on the beach, do not arrive in your cover ups and swim trunks. The dress is “island casual” and it is a great spot for a special night out.
